<Budaejjigae>
Budaejjigae which translates to “army base soup” is a Korean soup that originated during the Korean war. It is called army base soup because it was made of left over Spam and sausages from the U.S. army facilities.
Now it has evolved into a popular traditional dish. We can add noodles and mandu and extra meat.
